Registration constitutes agreement to the following:

• Waives any claim for damage or loss against the Louisville Art Association and the
  City of Louisville.
• LAA retains a 20% commission on all sales
• LAA may photograph artwork for publications and promotional purposes
• LAA will collect and remit sales tax
