2027 AIPP Rec Center Lottery Rankings
Rank your preference for each month from 1 to 12, with 1 being your most desired month and 12 being your least desired month.
Submitting this form will also assign you a participant number.
On November X, artists will be signed up for the rec center based on:
- A random number generator using the participant numbers
- Month rankings
- Month availability at the time a turn is processed.
Every effort will be made to assign artists to their highest-ranked available month.
Artists may opt out of ranking months, however, if none of the ranked months are available, the artist will not get a slot. For example, if the artist opts out of January and that is the only month left, the artists will not get signed up for January. The next person who did not opt out of January will get the slot.
Once the assignments have been made, an email will go out to the membership opening AIPP venues to everyone and where the lottery participants can sign up for their second venue, if desired.
