The concept of visual note taking is to graphically record observations and communicate ideas. The success of this effort is dependent on the skill set to record these observations accurately. The focus of the “Visual Note Taking Dabbler Session” is to introduce a series of drawing exercises that can help strengthen the accuracy of the notes/sketches taken. These exercises may be new to those without prior formal art education or may be a refresher to those who had, but in either case they will help reinforce the drawing skill required to make accurate observations and to become comfortable communicating graphically.
About Bob Bunda
Robert Bunda is an award winning architect who received his Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana. As an undergraduate he attended a year long study abroad program in conjunction with the L’Ecole d’Architecture de Versailles.
