LAA Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are available up to four weeks before the beginning of the workshop or dabbler. After that, you must find a replacement and negotiate payment with the replacement. If you need to cancel, please contact us.

Member discount Policy:

Members will receive a discount when the member/discount code is used during registration for an event that offers a member discount.

Partial refunds will not be given if a member pays the non-member price when a discount is available.

The member/discount code is provided in any LAA Newsletter and the confirmation email when joining/renewing membership.

Credit Card Refunds:

As of April 11, 2023, if paying by credit card, the credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the original credit card payment. The credit card transaction fee is 2.9% + .30.

Check Refunds:

Full refunds are available and will be given in the form of a check and mailed via USPS.

Show Refunds:

Refunds are not available for Show Registrations.
