LAA Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are available up to four weeks before the beginning of the workshop or dabbler. After that, you must find a replacement and negotiate payment with the replacement. If you need to cancel, please contact us. The team may be able to help find a replacement.

Credit Card Refunds:

As of April 11, 2023, if paying by credit card, the credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the original credit card payment. The credit card transaction fee is 2.9% + .30.

If a member signs up for a workshop or dabbler without using their member code and needs a refund, a portion of the the credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

Check Refunds:

Full refunds are available and will be given in the form of a check and mailed via USPS.

Show Refunds:

Refunds are not available for Show Registrations.
